This page explains how to request deletion of your PitScout account and associated data, operated by Ironwood Software LLC.
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing support@ironwoodsoftware.com from the email address associated with your account.
When you request account deletion, your account is scheduled for deletion on the date shown in the deletion confirmation message.
If you log back into your account before that date, the deletion request is automatically cancelled and your account is fully reinstated.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Any retained data is automatically deleted after the applicable retention period expires.
