PitScout Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PitScout websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Ironwood Software LLC ("Ironwood," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. You may not use the Service if you are under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service displays place-related information, including locations, addresses, maps, directions, hours, and operational status, which may be sourced from third-party providers (such as OpenStreetMap) and from user-submitted content reviewed by administrators.

This information is provided for general informational purposes only. PitScout does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or current status of any place information. Places may be incorrectly located, moved, closed, misidentified, or no longer in operation.

You acknowledge that any reliance on place information is at your own discretion, and Ironwood Software LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from reliance on such information.


16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironwood Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ironwood Software LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your User Content.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law principles.


20. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
