Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment card information.
If subscriptions are offered through platform app stores in the future, platform-specific terms may apply.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

The Service displays place-related information, including locations, addresses, maps, directions, hours, and operational status, which may be sourced from third-party providers (such as OpenStreetMap) and from user-submitted content reviewed by administrators.
This information is provided for general informational purposes only. PitScout does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or current status of any place information. Places may be incorrectly located, moved, closed, misidentified, or no longer in operation.
You acknowledge that any reliance on place information is at your own discretion, and Ironwood Software LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from reliance on such information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironwood Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ironwood Software LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your User Content.
